Sound Baths

Crystal singing bowls will be played by Erik Farnsworth in various tones and frequencies to enable you to dive into a state of subconscious vulnerability. This state of being allows you to heal naturally in body, mind, and spirit without egoic biological control of autonomic processes. These universal frequencies flow effortlessly through your body to excite cells to replicate at accelerated speeds, hence healing any and all low vibrational manifestations. 

Please bring a mat, pillow, blanket, and wear comfy clothes so that you can be as comfortable as possible.

Shamanic Breathwork

This class is designed to integrate focused breathing and perceptual shamanic dismantling. The facilitator will guide you through your own healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level with controlled breathing. Oxygenation of the body on a cellular level through breath brings emotional and physical toxins to the surface to be dismantled and eliminated. Hence elevating your deep spiritual awareness to levels of extreme enlightenment. Breathing in rhythm to the  percussive flow of shamanic drumming and music to help connect you with the perfect flow-state of the Earth, you will be able to process deep emotionality with pure positivity.

Attendee should bring pillows, bolsters, eye covering, and blankets to ensure the most comfortable experience.

Shamanic Drum Circle

Shamanic drumming is a form of repetitive rhythmic drumming. Its purpose is to induce ecstatic trance states in order to access innate wisdom and guidance. The essence of shamanism is the experience of direct revelation from within. Shamanism is about remembering, exploring and developing the true self.

We will discuss drumming and the roles it plays within all aspects of life. We will then play drums in a circle and combine our energies to give love to the collective. Please bring a drum if you have one, or one can be provided. This class is led by Shaman Erik Farnsworth.

Guided Meditation

This class mixes frequency healing and guided meditation. The practitioner will talk you through an unfolding of your energetic body into what’s known as a singularity of self. Once you enter this state of being, your body relaxes into a comforting low vibration. Peace and tranquility will reside over mind and body as thoughts filter through and leave just as quickly. Polarity correction and Chakra alignment will be at the forefront of manifestation with the cleansing of bio-negatives. Background music will consist of cellular level healing frequencies.

Holy Fire Reiki Certifications Levels 1-Mastership

Amanda Bavaro offers Holy Fire Reiki Certification courses from Level 1 to Mastership, designed to guide you through a comprehensive and transformative journey. Level 1 and Level 2 are full-day classes, where you’ll learn the foundational principles and techniques to channel healing energy for yourself and others.
