Breathe and Pilates

Breathe fully into your body so that you can properly engage your core muscles to strengthen from the center out. We will start with breathwork each class and move through a full body Pilates class that will leave you feeling empowered, satisfied and sweaty by the end!


About the Instructor

Heather Carroll is a Somatic breath and intuitive movement guide, 500 hour yoga teacher and holistic personal trainer. She believes in a full soul, body, mind wellness. One cannot exist without the other. Her mission is to empower others to find their innate personal power by releasing the conditioning placed on them from all ages and stages of life. By teaching adults ways to heal themselves it empowers their children by example.
