You will gain a general understanding of the concept of chakras, auras and Reiki energy using scanning and traditional hand positions. In level one, you will learn to give Reiki treatments to yourself, friends, family and even your pets!
Please bring with you if you are able, a yoga mat, pillow or blankets for the meditations. We do have meditation pillows at the center. Bring pen and paper for notes.
